HOPE LANDING NOW HAS STRICT SCREENING AND PROTECTIVE MEASURES IN PLACE.


CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
There will be screeners at a table outside the clinic under the carport. Please arrive for your appointment 5 minutes ahead of time in order to complete the screening process.  

SCREENING QUESTIONS ARE: Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following

  • Fever of 100.4 degrees or above in the last 14 days
  • Any cough or shortness of breath
  • Pneumonia or flu
  • Traveled outside the country in the last 14 days
  • Traveled to a COVID-19 Hot Spot within the last 14 days. (Travel risks may be found at CDC/Travel
  • Had contact with anyone who has lab confirmed Novel Coronavirus within 14 days of symptoms

Parents will line up in 6-foot increments (there are tape lines) under the carport to check child in.

Screening Form questions will be asked of parent or guardian and the child’s temperature will be taken. (Please see the form included in this post)

The screener will then transition the child from their parent or guardian to their therapist at the clinic door.

Parents or guardians and siblings will then return to their car for the duration of the child’s therapy session. (ALL OUTDOOR AREA ARE CLOSED INCLUDING ARK, POND, GAZEBO, AND BARN AS THOSE SPACES WILL BE UTILIZED FOR SAFE THERAPY AREAS)

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Parent should be outside FRONT door in 6-foot increments (there are painted lines on the grass) 5 minutes prior to end of therapy session.

Therapist will bring client to a designated staff member who will return them to their parent or guardian.

RESTROOMS
If parent or sibling needs restroom facilities, they will be screened before entering the building and afterward immediately return to their vehicle.

FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY, ALL THERAPISTS WILL WEAR GLOVES AND MASKS DURING ALL THERAPY SESSIONS.
